The Club was built in 1979 in the scenic foothills of Mijas, Fuengirola.

Mike Collins (Daryl Collins’s father) and his family started to put Algorrobo Tennis & Country Club firmly on the tennis and social map, making it one of the best tennis venues in the area, and still open 43 years on!

Daryl Collins has run the club for the past 28 years.

Over the years, the club has improved in quality, constantly adding new features, like in October 2022, we introduced the trendy sport of Pickleball, an American originated, social, and fast-paced raquet sport similar to tennis. .

But we are still as friendly, welcoming and profesional as the first day we opened.
